1、 Overview
The method of reducing voltage of JV series AC motor is suitable for reducing the starting power of three-phase induction motor.

2. Aerodynamic performance of this series of products:
A. the starting cabinet is allowed to start twice continuously from cold state, with each starting time of 15s and interval time of 30s;
B. the starting cabinet is allowed to start continuously for one or several times, and the total starting time shall not exceed that specified in the table. Before starting again, the autotransformer shall be cooled to the ambient air temperature.
3. The current conversion mode is used for starting to running. When the starting current drops to 15 times of the rated working current value, that is, equivalent to 80% of the rated speed, the product will be switched from starting to running.
4. The starting protection of autotransformer is realized by forced conversion of current time conversion device, and the time setting of this device is not greater than the value specified in the table.
3、 Product structure
This product is a box type protection structure, composed of autotransformer, AC contactor, time relay, thermal relay or integrated protector, intermediate relay, transfer switch and other components. For products of 75kW and below, automatic control mode is adopted; for products of 90kw and above, manual and automatic control modes are available, which are switched by transfer switch. Two kinds of connectors, 65% and 80% of the rated voltage of the autotransformer, are all connected to the 65% connector when leaving the factory.
